Priscilla Delzell went missing Thursday July 18,2013 after leaving for a short walk around her neighborhood in Northern Barstow, Ca. She is in need of medications, has no money or ID. It is possible that she got to I-15 and was picked up by a traveler. Anyone with information is asked to call the San Bernardino Sheriff's Office at 760-256-4838.
